Even if in Italy we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving Day I’ll post tomorrow a special recipe: the corn bread. It’s unusual on our tables but I know it thanks to my American experiences. It’s my way to embrace other cultures and hug all my far away friends.

Thank you my far away friend…I have cornbread dressing and cornbread muffins. Everything that goes into the mixture is already cooked, but I remix all separate items and re-bake. I add cranberries for color and serve with giblet gravy. An old southern dish for me. All my love..hugs. Ann
